The Allegations of Yasmina Toefy and Fatina Taleb Against Mr Bizry - proven false, walhamdulillaah.
UPDATE - 1st Sep. 2024
Assalaamu alaykum dear community,
We are pleased to share that Mr. Bizry has successfully defended all three cases brought against him by Yasmina (Yasaar) Toefy and Fatina Taleb, involving allegations of harassment, intimidation, and breach of an AVO. During the hearing at Liverpool Courthouse on 22nd August 2024, the Magistrate ruled Mr. Bizry not guilty on all charges, citing clear evidence in his favour and affirming his innocence, walhamdulillaah. All charges have since been dismissed.
Constable Laura May from Liverpool Police has also gone on record stating that Yasmina Toefy submitted a false statement to police, and was considering pressing charges against her for this serious offence.
It is worth noting that Mr. Bizry now holds a 100% success record against both Yasmina Toefy and Fatina Taleb in all criminal law matters to date. Mr. Bizry remains resolute in proving his innocence in the final court case scheduled for September 2025, addressing Yasmina Toefy's allegation of choking and rape during their marriage in 2021. Following this, Mr Bizry will pursue a defamation case to restore his reputation, as well as continuing with his family court proceedings. In-shaa-Allah, his efforts will lead to being reunited with his children, who have been unjustly kept away and alienated from him for approximately three years now.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Bizry's solicitor, Sam Karnib, and his dedicated team for their exceptional efforts in uncovering the truth and exposing the falsehood of these allegations. We ask Allah to grant justice, reveal the truth, and protect our community from individuals who sow discord and cause such trials and fitan. Ameen.

"Allah Himself defends the believers..." (Al-Hajj: 38)
Assalaamu alaykum dear community,
We wish to address the recent manipulated media articles published by The Sydney Morning Herald and The Daily Telegraph concerning Mr. Bizry, Principal of Sunnah Life Academy (SLA). These allegations are entirely false and have no connection to SLA.
The claims were made by Mr. Bizry’s ex-wife, Yasmina (Yasaar) Toefy, and her close friend Fatina Taleb, regarding events alleged to have occurred in 2021, which they have only recently chosen to report.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time Ms. Toefy and Ms. Taleb have targeted Mr. Bizry. Similar unfounded claims were made in January 2022 and again in March of this year, which were dismissed by authorities.
These latest accusations are deeply distressing, and it is disheartening to witness our Muslim community subjected to yet another Fitnah. May Allah protect us all from such trials.
Our Islamic tradition provides many examples of false accusations, including the stories of Aishah (رضي الله عنها) and Yusuf (ﷺ), which remind us of the challenges believers may face and the strength and patience required to endure them.
Mr. Bizry vehemently denies these allegations. He and his legal team are resolute in defending his innocence in full, in-shaa-Allah.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Sydney Muslim community for their overwhelming support during this challenging time. We pray that Allah brings the truth to light, makes justice prevail, and protects us from harm. Ameen.
