I agree to pay a two (2) week deposit within two (2) weeks of signing this form (excluding free trials). The deposit is non-refundable and will be credited to my final account upon withdrawal

I agree to pay four (4) teaching weeks' notice when I intend to withdraw and give 4 week's notice via email

I understand that Sunnah Life Academy is not a school and the home schooling requirements are my responsibility and additional work is required at home

I understand that substantiated bullying or toxic behaviour will result in the immediate cancellation of my child's enrolment.
